Authority

The Board of Directors' meeting shall be convened by the Chairman of the Board to determine the Company's business policies and other important matters. The Chairman of the Board shall be the Chair of the meeting; when the Chairman is absent, the provisions of the preceding Article shall apply. Other important matters referred to in the preceding paragraph include the acquisition and disposal of the Company's general assets and real estate, and the provision of guarantees for the associates.
