The Corporate Governance Manager

❶ The Company set up a corporate governance officer on May 6, 2021. On March 11, 2025, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Ms. Yang, Ya-Ting as the corporate governance officer effective from April 1, 2025.

❷The corporate governance manager is responsible for dealing with matters relating to board meetings and shareholders’ meetings, producing minutes of board meetings and shareholders’ meetings, furnishing information required for business execution by directors, assisting in onboarding and continuing education of directors, and legal compliance in accordance with the law.

The implementation status for the year 2025 is as follows:
➊ Dealing with matters relating to the board meetings and shareholders’ meetings in compliance with the law.
❷Arranging continuing education courses for directors. 

❸Furnishing information required for business execution by directors

❹ Reviewing the amendments to the rules and regulations relating to corporate governance.
